Overview
Titanium coil and strip is supplied as commercially pure strip (TA1, TA2 — thickness 0.01-8.0 mm) for corrosion-critical chemical and marine service, and as alloy strip such as TC4 (tensile strength ≥895 MPa) for aerospace structures and TA10 for crevice-corrosion resistance in acidic media.
By form we offer precision titanium foil (0.01-0.3 mm, surface roughness Ra ≤0.2 μm) for 3C electronics and flexible sensors, and standard coil/plate (0.3-6.0 mm, cold- or hot-rolled) for new-energy battery bipolar plates and chemical packing.
Surface: cold-rolled bright finish for decorative use, or annealed-oxide finish with a dense oxide film for enhanced corrosion resistance in chemical equipment.
Common Grades
Manufacturing & Standards
0.01-8.0 mm · Ra ≤0.2 μm (foil) · ISO 5832 biocompatible
TA1 · TC4 · TA9 / Gr1 · Gr5 · Gr7
Performance & Applications
Density 4.5 g/cm³; TC4 strip reaches 895-1100 MPa tensile strength.
TiO₂ film resists seawater, acids and alkalis; annual corrosion rate <0.01 mm.
Meets ISO 5832 — suitable for orthopedic and dental implants.
TA15 strip keeps ≥450 MPa at 600℃ for aero-engine parts.
